Crusty Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. all purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 frying chicken (2-1/2 to 3 lb.), cut up
    1/2 c. canola oil
Preparation
    Combine flour, garlic salt, salt, celery salt, pepper and paprika in paper or plastic bag.
    Add a few pieces of chicken at a time.
    Shake to coat.
    Heat oil to 365\u00b0 in electric skillet or on medium-high heat in large heavy skillet.
    Fry chicken 30 to 40 minutes without lowering heat.
    Turn once for even browning.
    Drain on paper towels.
