Ribs With Plum Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. pork ribs
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    3/4 c. plum or apricot preserves
    3/4 c. honey
    2 - 3 cloves of garlic, minced
Preparation
    Cut ribs in serving size pieces.
    Place in a roasting pan, cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Combine sauce mix.
    Pour over ribs and bake uncovered for 30 more minutes.
