Peach Cheese Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    prebaked tart shell
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can condensed milk
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 to 4 fresh peaches
    1/2 c. apricot preserves
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Whip cheese; add condensed milk, then whip again.
    Stir in lemon juice and continue beating until thickened.
    Pour into the tart shell and chill.
    Slice peaches and place in spiral design on top of the cheese layer.
    Melt preserves with sugar.
    When sugar is dissolved, pour glaze over peaches.
    Top with whipped cream.
