Pork Tenderloin With Sesame Seed And Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
    10 1/2 oz. can consomme
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Slowly brown tenderloin pieces in oil.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper; then drain off fat.
    Add consomme, celery, green onions and thyme.
    Cover and simmer for about 40 minutes or until meat is tender.
    Remove meat from skillet.
