Honey-Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. miniature carrots or 1 large pkg. frozen
    2 Tbsp. honey
    5 Tbsp. butter
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Scrape carrots; remove ends and cook in salted water until tender.
    Cook the honey, butter and lemon juice together until it begins to boil.
    Pour over the drained carrots.
    Garnish with chopped parsley.
    Serves 6.
