Melt In Your Mouth Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cooked chicken breasts or 4 sliced, cooked turkey breasts
    2 c. chicken stock or broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Line a casserole dish with chicken.
    In a saucepan, mix chicken broth and cream soup.
    Heat and stir until smooth consistency.
    Pour over chicken and salt and pepper to taste.
    In a mixing bowl, combine flour, melted butter and buttermilk. Stir until smooth.
    Pour over chicken. Cook at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Yields 4 servings.
