Ingredients

2 large onions
1 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation

Slice onions into 1/4-inch thick rings.
Separate rings and soak in milk for 20 minutes.
Drain.
Combine flour and salt into a small bag.
Shake well until coated.
Fry in deep cooking oil container.
Drain on paper towel.
