Sherbet Party Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (6 oz.) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
3 c. cold water
1 tray ice cubes
2 pt. pineapple or orange sherbet (I prefer the orange)
1 liter ginger ale, chilled
Preparation

Combine concentrates and water in punch bowl.
Stir until concentrates melt.
Add ice cubes and half the sherbet.
Let stand about 10 minutes.
Stir.
Just before serving, spoon in remaining sherbet.
Carefully pour ginger ale down side of bowl.
Makes about 25 (1/2 cup) servings.
