Tangy Mustard Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower (base trimmed and washed)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/4 tsp. instant minced onion or 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Microwave:
    Place cauliflower in 1 1/2-quart casserole with cover.
    Add 2 tablespoons water.
    Cook, covered, 7 to 8 minutes, until about tender.
    Combine and mix well the mayonnaise, mustard and onion.
    Place cauliflower on serving plate and spread mayonnaise mixture over top.
    Sprinkle with cheese and cook, uncovered, 1 minute to melt cheese.
