Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
16 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. crushed pecans
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Beat egg whites stiff.
Add sugar and beat until stiff.
Add vanilla and baking powder; beat well.
Fold in pecans and crackers.
Pour into buttered pie plate and bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Top with whipped cream and cool in refrigerator.
