Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cubed beef or stew meat
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. dry red wine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large covered casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours or until done.
    Stir in 1/2 to 1 cup sour cream before serving.
