Dumplings - cooking recipe

1 tsp. dry parsley
1 c. broth
1/3 c. shortening
2 eggs
salt and pepper
flour
Preparation
-
Mix cool broth, shortening, salt, pepper and eggs.
Add flour until it feels like biscuit dough.
Roll out 1/4 inch thick; cut in pillars and drop in broth.
