Oven Easy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small bottle Russian dressing
1 pkg. instant onion soup mix
1 small jar apricot preserves
1/2 c. water (put in empty dressing bottle and shake before adding it to remaining sauce ingredients)
4 to 10 chicken breasts

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix together dressing, soup mix, preserves and water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Baste occasionally.
Sauce is delicious served over rice.
