Chicken And Rice In A Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. dried basil
1 c. quick cooking rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

Combine soup, sour cream, milk and basil.
Measure 1/2 cup of soup mixture; set to side.
Combine remaining soup mixture and rice.
Spread in bottom of a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish. Rinse broccoli spears with water to separate.
Arrange broccoli spears and chicken over rice mixture.
Spoon reserved sauce over all.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until chicken and rice are tender.
Sprinkle with cheese.
