Roast With Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 c. diced tomatoes
    1 c. fresh mushrooms
    1 onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 can brown gravy
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour over a 3 to 5 pound beef roast. Cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 4 hours.
