Sauce Piquante - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 onions
6 to 8 chicken breasts
3 lb. sausage
4 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 large can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. sugar
salt
pepper
Tony's seasoning
3 cans water
Preparation

Cut up sausage.
Brown on both sides.
Take out sausage and drain on paper towels.
Brown chicken on both sides in sausage grease.
Take chicken out of skillet.
Cut up onions and simmer in skillet.
Put meat back in skillet and add all other ingredients. Season to taste.
Simmer for 45 minutes.
Serve over rice.
