Bourbon Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. ground vanilla wafers
    1 c. ground nuts (pecans preferred)
    3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. bourbon
Preparation
    Grind wafers and nuts fine in food chopper.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Roll each ball into size of a cherry and dust with powdered sugar.
    Makes 30 to 35 confections that keep indefinitely.
