Pork Chops Mexicana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chops (3/4-inch thick)
    seasoned salt, garlic powder and pepper
    3/4 c. Minute rice
    1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 green pepper, sliced into 1/2-inch rings
Preparation
    Brown chops in small amount of oil. Put in 1 x 13-inch pan. Season with seasonings.
    Sprinkle rice \"around\" chops.
    Combine season mix, tomato sauce and water.
    Pour over chops and rice. Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Arrange green pepper and cover.
    Bake an additional 10 minutes.
