Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 large hot pepper (use more or less as you prefer)
    1/2 pod sweet bell pepper
    1 chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except cheese.
    Spray 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking
    pan with Pam.
    Pour batter into pan.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until cheese is browned.
    Bread will be very moist.
