Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour (level)
    1 c. sugar
    nutmeg
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Put flour and sugar in bottom of pie shell.
    Add milk and mix thoroughly.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg and dot with butter.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Lower to 350\u00b0 and bake for 45 minutes.
    Will appear thin, but will thicken as it cools.
    Serve warm.
