Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut
    1 tall can bean sprouts
    1 onion, sliced thinly
    1 green pepper, sliced thinly
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Wash and drain sauerkraut.
    Drain bean sprouts.
    Heat sugar and vinegar, then cool.
    Pour over sauerkraut, sprouts, onion and pepper.
    Refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
    Drain and serve.
