Roast Beef And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. or more mostly lean beef roast
    potatoes, cut in large pieces
    carrots, cut in large pieces
    onions
    bell pepper
    celery
    meat tenderizer
    onion salt
    Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Wash roast and cook in slow cooker (crock pot) overnight or all day.
    Remove and place in covered casserole dish.
    Put potatoes and carrots around meat.
    Cut up onions, bell pepper and celery and scatter around potatoes and carrots.
    Season with meat tenderizer, onion salt and lots of Worcestershire sauce.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
