Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In 4-quart microproof bowl mix sugar, milk and butter.
    Cook on High (maximum power) 20 to 22 minutes or until a few drops of mixture in cold water forms a soft ball.
    Stir well every 5 minutes while cooking.
    Stir in chocolate chips and marshmallow cream until mixture is well blended.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into buttered 9-inch square dish for thick pieces or 12 x 7 x 2-inch dish for thinner pieces.
    Cool and cut into squares.
