Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) loaf cinnamon-raisin bread
    1 qt. milk
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    pinch of ground nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Break bread into small chunks.
    Place in a large bowl.
    Add milk and let soak 10 minutes.
    Work mixture with hands until milk is absorbed.
    Combine eggs and next four ingredients.
    Stir into bread mixture.
    Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Yield:
    12 servings.
