Cheese And Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients, add milk slowly and mix well.
    Add other ingredients and turn into greased muffin pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
