Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes(Heart Smart) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 cherry tomatoes (1/2 pt. container), washed and dried
    1 (3 1/4 oz.) can tuna in water, drained and flaked
    2 Tbsp. plain low-fat yogurt
    2 tsp. finely chopped green onion
    2 tsp. chili sauce
    1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    With a sharp knife, slice tops of tomatoes.
    With a grapefruit spoon, remove pulp.
    Drain upside down on paper towels.
    In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Spoon on equal amount into tomatoes.
    Refrigerate about 1 hour.
    Makes 4 servings.
