Cinnamon Acorn Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium acorn squash
4 pats butter
4 Tbsp. sugar
cinnamon
Preparation

Halve and core squash; place halves in baking dish, cut side down.
Fill pan with about 1/2-inch water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tender.
Turn squash over and fill cavity with pat of butter.
Sprinkle surface of cavity with 1 tablespoon of sugar or to desired sweetness.
Generously dust with cinnamon and bake for 15 minutes more.
Serve individually in small bowls. Even little children like this because it tastes like cinnamon toast.
Serves 4.
