Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. orange peel
2 c. coarsely grated zucchini
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a bowl and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar.
Then add eggs one at a time.
Then mix in the vanilla, orange peel, zucchini, milk and walnuts.
Bake in a Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
