Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. bread crumbs (can use any bread, but Roman Meal is the best)
6 Tbsp. melted butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
2 1/4 c. regular milk
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt, flavoring, butter, cinnamon and egg.
Add milk slowly and stir constantly.
Add bread and raisins.
Mix and pour into well buttered baking dish.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
