Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. medium potatoes
    4 Tbsp. salad oil
    5 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    5 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dill seed
    1 1/2 to 2 c. mayonnaise
    4 to 5 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    parsley sprigs or cherry tomatoes for garnish
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender.
    Cool slightly. Peel potatoes and slice.
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing thoroughly.
    Refrigerate, covered, for several hours before serving.
    Garnish with hard-cooked egg slices, parsley sprigs and/or cherry tomatoes.
    Serves 10 to 12.
