Hot Chocolate Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. dry quick dissolving chocolate milk
8 qt. size dry milk envelopes
2 c. nondairy creamer
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Mix well in a large container. Cover and keep airtight. To prepare, combine 1/3 cup mixture in 1 cup boiling water.
Stir well.
Keep mixture refrigerated.
Yields large quantity.
