Chicken Or Tenderloin Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. chicken breast or tenderloin
    1/2 c. onions, sliced
    1/2 c. snow peas
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. broccoli
    2 small tomatoes, cut in wedges (add last of cooking time)
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. beef or chicken stock
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Marinate meat in sherry and soy sauce for 30 minutes.
    Add meat to hot cooking oil and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    Add all vegetables (except tomatoes).
    Cook 2 minutes longer.
    Add stock and 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
    Stir until thick.
    Add tomatoes and cook 1 minute longer.
    Serve over egg noodles, rice or chow mein noodles.
