Mint Tea - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 c. hot water
6 regular tea bags
8 sprigs mint (or large leaves)
juice of 6 lemons or 6 Tbsp. concentrate
7 c. cold water
2 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Bring water to a boil; add sugar, lemon juice, tea bags and mint.
Steep 15 minutes with top on.
Strain in a large pitcher. Add cold water and chill.
