Mother'S Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    4 eggs, unbeaten
Preparation
    Sift flour; add salt together.
    Place shortening into water. Place over direct heat.
    When melted, add dry ingredients all at once.
    Stir constantly.
    Mixture will leave bottom of pan into a smooth ball.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool one minute.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat until smooth.
    Drop by tablespoons 1 1/2 inches apart on greased pan.
    Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cool and fill with cornstarch filling (from box of cornstarch).
