Reuben Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground lean beef
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 lb. pastrami, chopped
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Combine beef, crumbs, egg, catsup and salt, if desired (1 tablespoon) in bowl.
    Mix well. Combine sauerkraut, cheese, pastrami, sour cream and mustard.
    Place 1/3 of meat mixture in loaf pan.
    Spread with sauerkraut mixture.
    Repeat layers, ending with meat. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
