Turkey Crunch(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles
    1 1/2 c. diced, cooked turkey or chicken
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
    2 Tbsp. diced pimento
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. frozen French-style green beans, thawed and cooked
Preparation
    Combine margarine, celery, onion and green pepper in a 2-quart microwave-safe covered casserole dish.
    Cook on High , covered, 5 minutes or until tender, stirring once during cooking time. Combine soup and milk in a small bowl; stir into onion mixture. Stir in 2 cups chow mein noodles (1/2 can), cooked turkey, mushrooms, green beans, pimento, poultry seasoning and salt.
    Cook on High 7 to 8 minutes.
    Stir once.
    Sprinkle remaining noodles around edge of casserole.
    Cook on High for 30 seconds.
    Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
    Microwaves vary, make sure it is hot enough.
