Christmas Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 pieces bread, remove crust and cube
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    1 doz. eggs, beaten together
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Put bread in pan.
    Add sausage and cheese.
    Beat eggs with mustard.
    Pour over bread.
    Pour milk over all.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Excellent souffle!
