Company Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. green pepper
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 small onion
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 Tbsp. steak sauce
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. catsup
2 Tbsp. parsley
7 oz. macaroni
grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Brown beef and onion (chopped) in vegetable oil.
Add tomatoes, steak sauce, catsup, green pepper (chopped) and parsley. In the meantime, cook macaroni as directed on package.
Drain macaroni and mix with hamburger mixture.
Stir in mushroom soup. Put in baking dish.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 2 casseroles.
You can freeze one.
Add cheese and bake after it is completely thawed.
