Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can cream-style corn
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 c. saltine crackers crumbs (save 1/2 c. for topping)
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Mix corn, milk, egg and 1 cup crumbs.
    Put into a greased casserole and sprinkle with buttered crumbs made with 1/2 cup crumbs in the melted margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or more.
