Sausage Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. cream-style corn
1 c. corn meal
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. Velveeta cheese
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 to 3 jalapeno peppers (optional)
2 eggs
1 lb. sausage
1 onion

Preparation

Sear meat with onion.
Mix with cornbread mixture.
Bake 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
