Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 small hot peppers, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    tortillas
    sliced Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion and peppers.
    Add soups.
    Mix well. Line bottom of baking dish with tortillas and sliced cheese.
    Add half of meat mixture.
    Add another layer of tortillas and cheese. Add remaining meat mixture.
    Top with cheese slices.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
