Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    5 c. water
    1 lb. sausage
    1 chopped onion
    4 ribs celery, chopped
    2 cans mushrooms
    1 c. slivered almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Combine soup mix, rice and water.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Crumble and sear sausage in skillet.
    Add onion, celery, mushrooms and almonds.
    Mix with soup mixture.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in ungreased casserole.
