Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
    5 or 6 oz. hot cooked noodles
    1 minced clove garlic
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. salt
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 c. commercial sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat.
    Add meat and brown.
    Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add soup.
    Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Serve with noodles.
    Serves 4 to 6.
