Sausage Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 slices white bread
    3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
    2 lb. breakfast sausage
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. mustard
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cut 8 to 10 slices of white bread into small pieces and put into pan.
    Grate cheese on top of bread. Brown sausages and cut into pieces and place on top of cheese. Mix together eggs, mustard, 2 cups milk, pepper and salt to taste. Pour mixture over bread, cheese and sausage layers.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Just before baking, put on mushrooms and pour mixture of soup and 1/2 cup milk over all.
    Bake 1 hour uncovered, at 350\u00b0.
    It's delicious.
