Hamburger Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ground beef
    1 egg (per lb. ground beef)
    bacon
    sliced onions
Preparation
    Turn oven on broil.
    Mix ground beef, egg, salt and pepper. Form into ball about size of a soft ball.
    Wrap a piece of uncooked bacon around the ball and pat down to make a stick steak. Place in oven broiler.
    Cook 15 minutes on each side.
    Do not puncture meat.
    Keep juices inside.
    Cook onions in frying pan with butter.
    Pour over cooked meat.
