Tangy Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions
    olive or salad oil
    4 boneless pork loin chops (3/4 inch)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Cut onions into thick slices.
    Heat 2 tablespoons oil in skillet and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
    Set aside.
