Microwave Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced apples
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice or water
    6 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. quick oatmeal
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Put apples in 8 or 9-inch round microwave dish.
    Sprinkle juice or water over top.
    If apples are sour, sprinkle several tablespoons sugar over top.
    Melt butter.
    Add to brown sugar, oatmeal, flour and cinnamon mixture.
    Sprinkle over top. Microwave 8 minutes on High, rotating a half turn.
    Microwave 6 to 8 more minutes on High or until apples are soft.
    Let set 10 minutes before serving.
