Texas Caviar(Serves Many) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14 oz.) cans black-eyed peas
    2 (11 oz.) cans white shoe peg corn (drain)
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    4 green onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    2 jalapeno peppers, minced
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    1 c. Robust Italian salad dressing (approximately)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Make at least one day in advance. Serve with chips. Can also be served over pasta.
