Mom'S Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. persimmon pulp
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 c. cornmeal
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Check and lower heat for 15 more minutes.
