Black-Eyed Pea Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 green pepper
2 celery stalks
1 large onion
1 jalapeno pepper
2 cans black-eyed peas
1 can tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. catsup
Preparation

Chop pepper, onion and celery.
Combine the remainder of ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.
If mixture is thin, add about 2 tablespoons flour and cook another 30 minutes.
